Please watch this video if you have enlarged prostate. Not having enlarged prostate? Watch anyway for prevention purposes! :)

I have come across Dr Berg number of times when reading various information on the industrious prostate gland as well as non prostate source of knowledge. Dr Berg embraces natural remedies when ever possible which has a lot of sense especially in case of any chronic condition where one should make effort to treat the root cause of the condition and help oneself with remedies which have no nasty side effects.

Dr. Eric Berg is a chiropractor based in Virginia, USA, and health educator known for his youtube videos on various health topics, including ketogenic diet, intermittent fasting as well as prostate health.

In the above video Dr. Berg emphasizes the importance of lycopene in prostate cancer prevention as well as lycopene's role in shrinking the prostate. Lycopene is very abundant especially in cooked tomatoes. Another good sourse is in fresh tomatoes, grapefruit, watermelon etc.

Dr Berg has created dozens of videos on his channel

Dr. Berg advocates for ketogenic diet which is known to reduce inflammation , consume foods like broccoli, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts which are recommended for their potential to support prostate health due to their high content of sulfur-containing compounds. He recommends zinc, saw palmetto, vitamin D which are e

ssential for prostate health and may help reduce symptoms of prostate enlargement.

Dr Berg promotes regular

physical activity is encouraged to improve circulation and overall health, which can benefit the prostate as well as managing stress through techniques like meditation and mindfulness which can help reduce the negative impact on prostate health. He stresses

staying well-hydrated is important for overall health, including the urinary and prostate systems.

Last but not least Dr Berg advocates reducing exposure to environmental toxins and chemicals, which may affect hormonal balance and prostate health.

Lastly lets not forget what is good for men's prostate is good for the rest of men's body so lets have a cheers with a nice quality tomato juice :)
